Transition Year

The students in the Transition Class are preparing to leave school and it is important they develop life skills that will help prepare them for the world of work.

We encourage the TY students to be as independent as possible and to be actively involved in their own learning and to rely less on the teacher and class SNA for direction.

The students have the opportunity to complete QQI Awards at Level 2 and Level 3 through NALA.

The school has a function in June each year where students are presented with their certificates.
